Our History

Let's start at the very beginning. In 2003 I created my first website - hosted on the first free host I could find. Those were the days of being lost - having no idea why my site received such little traffic.

I attempted many improvements to my site - most of them just making the layout more cluttered and ineffective. It's very likely I made every single webmaster mistake in existence. The advice I received from my friends - my only advice - was never much help.

This continued for a year - until finally I decided the problem must be my domain and transferred to paid hosting. Still failed, and would still be failing today if I hadn't discovered my first (and still favourite) webmaster forum Ozzu.

Needless to say - I did make it out of this mess. But not nearly as effectively as I could have. Years later I found the IsMyWebsite.com domain available and thought it would be a neat name to create this host.

I struck a deal with EvenHosting to host the site for free in exchange for a profit split and partnership. So in a few months my dream should be a reality. Perhaps you will be a part of this story.
